Metallica Live Performance Tracks

A hand full of Soundboard audio recordings of songs from Metallica’s May 14, 2008 benefit concert at the 2,200-seat Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles can be heard here. All proceeds from the show will go to the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, a nonprofit music school for low-income students that was co-founded by Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea. Scars On Broadway opened the show, which all money raised will go towards programs, operations and scholarships at the school, as well as a summer camp program and funds for a new building.
