Double C Chris Crowell was born on the rocky shores of Lake Erie in Ashtabula, OH. No seriously, right on the shore. He was a merman until the age of six when he realized he hated to swim. He’s been banished to the land ever since. After the banishment he became a semi-intelligent creature, graduating with honors from Walsh University. He’s now attending graduate school at Kent State because he doesn’t want a real job yet. He’s written for The Spectator, The Kent Stater and the Guilty Bystander. Chris is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan to a fault. He’s ended at least one friendship over sports’ rooting interests, and he isn’t afraid to do it again. Chris also enjoys the arts: movies, TV, music and books– but is one of the least well-read people there is (he’s working on it). He has immersed himself into the seedy world of pop culture for way too long and may not be able to escape. His favorite activity in the world, just narrowly edging golf, is bocce. He is currently on the Wiseguys in the Ashtabula Bocce League. He hopes you enjoy his humor and his beard, which is bad ass.
