The air smelt better, the food tasted better, every sound resonated softer and sweeter. Life was incredible, dare I say perfect. It was November 18, 2006 and college aged men were embracing for much longer than should be acceptable in society, and yet the demographic that will call you a homosexual for stepping out of your room in the morning overlooked it. I take a deep breath… exhale. The sweet aroma of North Canton fills my lungs, the delectable fragrance of freedom, and more specifically, college. I hail from Ashtabula, Ohio, where the potency of Lake Erie’s pollution can only be tasted by outsiders and those returning to our famed city. I came to Walsh with a fairly large list of expectations, some have been fulfilled, and some not so much. The amount of alcohol I have consumed has exceded my expectations, but I am still waiting for the super model filled orgy (I’m joking Nic). But I digress; I will take my small victories.
