Here’s what I want to know:
How do you both think C.C. bounces back next season?
Does this shake him to his core and he goes Rick Ankiel on everyone?
OR
Does he bounce back and have an FU season where he wins like 23 games and has a WHIP under 1.0?
I think CC will be ok, but I don’t perceive an FU season. I don’t know if it’s in him. But, he seems to understand that he tried too hard, but too much of a burden on himself and got out of his game. This is how pitched before making the turn last year. The fact that he recognizes this gives me hope that he’ll he ok and re-make the turn. The guy I’m most worried about is Hafner. He seems like a mental case right now. And this postseason followed a sub par regular season.
